Special Notice

Regarding the Cumberland Cove proposed Covenant change Ballots.
If you have not received your ballot and or ballots, by this Friday January 28, 2022, you may contact The Cumberland Cove POA office, either in person or by email and pick a replacement ballot, for those residing in the Cove, nonresident property owners may request a replacement ballot be mailed
Also, for those who have already mailed your ballots and there was not a return address label attached, please also contact the office for a replacement ballot.
Only one valid ballot will be counted per assessed property, so if there are any duplicate ballots received, the duplicate ballots will be deemed invalid.
All ballots must be mailed to the PO Box, absolutely no ballots we be deemed valid, if they are dropped off at or mailed to the Cumberland Cove POA office.
